So 2 cans were sitting at a bar….. On a shelf actually. What we mean is, 2 products can be right next to each other in the store and appear to be the same. Yet one can have as much as 5 TIMES the salt content as the same or similar product next to it. Here are some examples of common products and how just reading the label can make a HUGE difference is your salt intake. And we don’t mean the salt shaker on the table. We’re talking about sodium in foods, the salt you don’t even know about!
